Hotel Annapurna
50 years of history and passion

Perched high above Courchevel, just a few snowflakes from the altiport, the Hotel Annapurna has been welcoming guests since 1974. The first establishment created by the Pinturault family, this 5-star hotel has held the highest position in the resort since its opening.

Its name pays tribute to Annapurna, the legendary Himalayan peak climbed by Maurice Herzog and Louis Lachenal, close friends of the Pinturault family. It reflects the spirit of the mountains but also a more personal story: in 1974, choosing a name starting with the letter “A” meant appearing among the first listings in directories.

For fifty years, the Hotel Annapurna has embodied a unique way of welcoming guests. A hospitality tradition carried forward by three generations of the Pinturault family where a love of sharing, genuine care for others, and passion for the mountains are naturally passed down season after season.
