With its colourful mix of fir green, yellow, ice blue and terracotta, its forest wallpaper and its multitude of convivial tables, the Rendez-Vous restaurant is the lively and vibrant gourmet heart of the Hôtel Annapurna. Residents and visitors alike enjoy traditional French cuisine, using local and seasonal produce and inspired by the master chefs of yesteryear. ‘We're going to try to bring a bit of the extraordinary to dishes that have become ordinary’, says chef Jean-Rémi Caillon, who is offering salmon with sorrel, eggs en meurette, fine cuts of meat or fish, vegetarian dishes and the great classics of French cuisine served on a pedestal table, cut up or flambéed in the dining room for the pleasure of the eyes.
For dessert, head pastry chef Téophane Faucher prepares daily crêpe Suzette, chartreuse soufflé and other French pastries: flan pâtissier, apple tatin and the legendary Courchev'elle, his signature delicacy made with pink pralines.
In the evening, the atmosphere is even warmer, punctuated by the occasional visit from artists, musicians, singers or magicians.
Restaurant open for breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30, lunch from 12:30 to 14:00 and dinner from 19:30 to 21:00 every day of the week.
