Between buffet options and à la carte service, guests can choose according to their desires: organic eggs prepared in all styles, homemade pancakes and crepes, comforting porridge, a vitamin-packed energy bowl, or refined toasts topped with smoked trout, cottage cheese, or Eggs Benedict.

Savory lovers will find Savoie sausages, grilled pork belly, or tender poultry, while those with a sweet tooth can indulge in homemade treats.

A selection of teas and infusions, coffees, and chocolates complete this moment, designed as a true Alpine pause to start the day right in Courchevel.

In the evening, both residents and evening visitors gather at Rendez-Vous to enjoy traditional French cuisine crafted from high-quality ingredients: seasonal vegetables, sustainably farmed fish, carefully selected meats, and mountain cheeses. Cooking techniques are precise, sauces sophisticated, and classic French dining rituals such as flambéing and tableside carving continue to unfold in the dining room.

For dessert, Pastry Chef Téophane Faucher prepares daily delights like Crêpe Suzette, Chartreuse soufflé, tarts, and French pastry classics, including the custard tart, which has become the house’s signature dessert in just two seasons.

Once a month, the restaurant Rendez-Vous hosts a Winemakers’ Dinner led by Valentin Peyrard, Executive Sommelier of La Maison Pinturault.

A guest estate—whether from Champagne, Burgundy, the Loire Valley, the Alps and Savoie, the Rhône Valley, or Bordeaux—presents its exceptional cuvées, accompanied by tasting notes from the winemaker himself.

For the occasion, Chef Jean-Rémi Caillon and his team design a bespoke menu, crafted to create a perfect harmony between food and wine.

These intimate evenings are open both to Hôtel Annapurna guests and to gastronomy and wine enthusiasts visiting Courchevel.

By reservation only, the tasting menu lasts about three hours, with pricing depending on the theme.

Every week, the restaurant Rendez-Vous offers a wine workshop at the summit of Courchevel, led by Valentin Peyrard, our Executive Sommelier.

In an intimate setting, these tastings provide the opportunity to discover a selection of Savoyard, French, or Italian wines, depending on the latest finds, and to explore the art of food and wine pairing.

Designed as a moment of sharing and learning, each experience is accompanied by bites carefully prepared by Chef Jean-Rémi Caillon.
